How It Works

Working with an outside consultancy can feel like a black box - you're not sure what you're paying for or what you'll actually get. Here's exactly how we work:

    Initial Call

    We start with a free 30-minute conversation. You explain the situation, we ask the right questions. By the end we both know whether we can help and how.

  2. 02

    Diagnosis

    Before any recommendations, we go into the business. We review your financials, processes, and structure - and talk to the people who know how things actually run. This is where most of the real work happens.

  3. 03

    Proposal

    Based on what we find, we put together a clear scope of work: what we'll do, what you'll get, how long it takes, and what it costs. No vague deliverables, no hidden extras.

  4. 04

    Engagement

    We get to work. Depending on the project this could be a strategy document, a financial model, a restructured org chart, or a full process redesign. You're involved throughout - not just at the beginning and the end.

  5. 05

    Delivery

    We walk you through everything in person or on a call. You leave with something concrete and actionable - not a report that needs another consultant to interpret.

  6. 06

    Follow-up

    For ongoing engagements like budgeting and management accounting we stay involved month to month. For project-based work we check in 30 days after delivery to see what's moved and what questions have come up.
